Co-ordinate the automation of all NDM file-transfers within the migration project. Build & test the DB2/CA7/JCL/Data transmission requirements for the migration of the Natwest Bank's retail customer database onto the Royal Bank of Scotland's production environment. Responsible for QA of all automated links between the two bank's Databases.

Co-ordinate the transfer of the Ops Support Dept. for 3M Europe from Brussels to the U.K. Installation & testing of new releases of SW for Euro readiness & general Batch enhancements. Maintain all EMEA System’s batch cycles.

Installation & Customisation of new releases of NvDM Software for all of the bank’s Software & Data distribution’s production & test systems.Capacity planning/performance monitoring of NvDM on an ‘OS390 MVS’ production platform that provides the bank with a completely automated SW & Data distribution system. Support existing Production system (24*7*365 cover for SW & Data distribution). Support the planning & execution of the SW upgrades to all 1200 branches in Belgium
