Since then, workload dependent, I allocated my workload between the Server and Messaging work. The return to Shell also introduced a new working structure, whereby we would "Follow-The-Sun" by passing/receiving work between Houston and Kuala Lumpur respectively.

At EDS I worked within a team of 8 members. The department I worked for tested applications, the Hardware and Windows installations, before they were filtered into the live environment. I would communicate with customers and other departments to resolve known issues and ensure products were 100% stable before they went into the live environment.
