During these first three years with the company, I implemented successful new growth programs reversing decline and laid the groundwork for a more expansive and effective market capability to position Kinetico as the leading provider in broader residential and commercial arenas. My vision and execution, coupled with exceptional results, led to my appointment as President & CEO.

For more than 17 years, I drove substantial revenue growth and created more effective commercial strategies for Monitor Group and its high-profile clients. As a founding member of Monitor's marketing and sales practice, I built and managed a steady stream of successful new marketing products for Monitor. Together with my team, we delivered powerful, practical, and cost-effective growth strategies for world-class organizations across a wide set of industries.
