I’m employed as a consultant at Qlue AB since October 2013. As a consultant I’ve worked with several clients:2010- IKANO Bank, IT, Test Tester for the Oracle PL / SQL part of the Ikano Bank card system. The system contained, among others a client in Forms / Report and web applications developed in C # against an SQL Server. For communication often used XML and web application. Responsible for testing the Danish, Norwegian and Finnish part of the system including the functional tests and the regression test. Creating test cases in the automation of regression tests using the HP Quick Test Professional (QTP) in the part of the system I was responsible for.Tester in the core part of the system, in the Swedish, German and English part of the system. Also tester of the web part in the Swedish part of the system. In the web part all regressions tests are setup and run in Selenium with Firefox as browser.One of two responsible testers in the start up project for the Dutch part of the system. Then responsible for the continuous tests in that part. Part of the introduction of Scrum as software development methodology at IKANO Bank IT. Also part of the initiative to combine Kanban and Scrum to use either methodology when most suited decided by the context. Initiative taker and responsible test engineer of the development of automated tests in the Oracle part of the card system. Creating a testsuite in SoapUI to be able to automatically test the interface via WebLogic into the card system. The test cases connect to the database that should be tested and retrieves suitable test data. Each test case checks to see if the result is what was expected and is set to have failed or succeeded via assertions. 2017- IKEA IT, Senior Test Automation SpecialistDevelopment of automated tests to the project STMS web application that is based on the platform OTM (Oracle Transport Management) UFT 14 (Unified Functional Testing) as tool. It’s keyword driven tests where all automation is done with descriptive programing in VB-script. The testers of the application and business testers enters test data and navigation into a Excel sheet that is attached to a UFT test case. The instructions are read by the code in runtime and executed. By doing it this way the application testers and business testers can add new tests and do changes to existing tests without changing any code or recording new tests into UFT, they only change the Excel file. In the scope of the tests there is also a part with reading and interpret XML files with test data and produce a test report with detailed verifications and time notifications on each test step to know the execution time for each step.The tests are added to ALM (Application Lifecycle Management) where each tester can have its own folder with their tests. The tests will be scheduled in Jenkins and due to that the code is version controlled in GIT Hub there is a set of regression tests that is executed each time there is a commit to the master repository. The reports are written in Crystal Report. The adaptation has mainly been focused on changes in sql script that retrieves data in the database to the report.
