I have always had a passion for helping those who cannot help themselves, from working in various schools, volunteering, fundraising and working full time for an amazing international organisation. I have done my best to bring this dream to a reality, and hopefully help many children in the process. My current role, is a front facing one, engaging with Major Donors and other Businesses to help the most vulnerable in our society. I thoroughly enjoy networking, building relationships and have a fairly shameless attitude when it comes to asking for things (probably helpful for a Fundraiser). My main skill area is relationship building and Public speaking, Supplementary to this I also love training, developing myself and other members of staff. This has involved making training videos and delivering training for the regional heads as well as their teams. I also work to connect other acquisition teams (events/Challenges/Volunteer Speakers) on a regular basis to improve efficiency. Finally, none of my skills as a secondary school teacher have gone to waste.
