• Project Management: Successfully coordinated an internal network of small teams to develop, plan, and execute a multimillion-dollar IT project in under two years.
• Collaboration: Coordinated with legislative partners to change and generate legislation that influenced the agency’s biennial budget and public program policy.
• Vocational Rehabilitation Program: Transitioned significantly more students with disabilities into the workforce which minimized the need for state services by fostering a strategic partnership with local school.
• Sustainability: Forged and maintained solid and lasting partnerships with local businesses to implement a program that enabled 750 low-income families to no longer need state services.

While at HCMS, under the leadership of Dr. Hank Gardner, I learned how to reduce healthcare waste while protecting the health and improving business performance. During my time at HCMS, we, in partnership with the State of Wyoming and Blue Cross Blue Shield, successfully launched Healthy Families Succeed.
