As a Litigation Assistant at Cetrulo, LLP, I was responsible for providing administrative support for a team of 5 lawyers and 7 paralegals. I organized and compiled all case related materials including pleadings, petitions, motions, discovery requests, and settlement documentation into client files to make information more easily accessible for the team in preparation for depositions and upcoming trials. I was responsible for organizing and summarizing all incoming mail to distribute firm wide. Additionally, I performed a substantial amount of data entry into the firm's database, into which all correspondence and pleadings are entered into before they are filed.

As a library assistant at Goodwin Procter, LLP, I was responsible for the day to day maintenance of multiple legal libraries spanning a wide assortment of practice areas. I assisted attorneys in conducting legal research by providing them with the literary resources that they required in preparation for upcoming trials. Additionally, I facilitated communication and shipments between numerous Goodwin Procter offices world wide.

As an intern at Commerce Title and Abstract Company, I worked closely with a small team of closing agents and attorneys and performed various tasks necessary for a successful transaction. I often assisted a pre-closer in interviewing buyers and sellers for eligibility. Once a client was approved, I worked closely with legal documents including abstracts and title exams to compile settlement packages. Additionally, I provided the closing attorney the materials necessary for the completion of the transaction.
