The Swiss Business Hub USA is part of the Embassy of Switzerland assisting Swiss businesses with their export ventures in the US (e.g. distribution partner searches, end-client searches, fact finding missions, store checks, legal matters, taxation and funding etc.). I am responsible for operations running out of San Francisco. As Subject Matter Expert for ICT matters, I assist in positioning Swiss ICT know-how abroad and facilitate bringing international ICT companies to Switzerland. In this role I work closely with ICT associations and multipliers in Switzerland and abroad.

Consulting of strategic internationalization ventures to target countries and project management for the implementation of business development projects. As responsible for the sector ICT I built the in-house expertise in this field and established a close collaboration with Swiss ICT companies, industry associations, academia, regulatory bodies and other multiplier organizations for all matters related to internationalization.

The framework agreement of both companies covers mainly Western and Northern Europe and North America. In this role, I prepared and facilitated the negotiations and owned the legal documentation of the framework agreement amongst the two organizations. I also elaborated and managed the governance and communications framework for this partnership. Including project assignments in Jaipur (India).

Including project assignments in Buenos Aires (Argentina).
