Celtic Bakers Ltd (part of the Shipton Mill group) is a leading wholesale craft bakery, supplying high-end bread and pastry across foodservice, retail and private label.Craft or “artisan” bread (particularly sourdough) is an important component of the movement for “real” food & drink, and as London’s first truly up-scaled craft baking business, we have played a major role in developing this fast-growing market.I have led the relocation to new, custom-built premises- and in parallel the re-design and re-launch of the Celtic Bakers brand in the fast-growing branded craft bakery sector.
