Since founding the business in 2011, I’ve been committed to providing an exceptional building experience by offering true fixed-price contracts, life-size walkthroughs, and a client-first approach. I oversee all aspects of the business, from initial client consultations through to project delivery and final handover. Our process starts with understanding the client's vision, lifestyle, and needs. We work closely with our clients to ensure that their home is tailored specifically to their requirements. Through life-size plan walkthroughs, clients can experience their design in full scale, ensuring every detail is just right before construction begins. This has become a hallmark of Highwater Homes, giving our clients peace of mind and helping them visualise their new home in a tangible way. I also manage our comprehensive project management system, which ensures clear communication with clients at every stage of the build. We provide real-time updates, track progress, and ensure that all timelines are met without compromising on quality.
