Having held senior management positions in international consultancies, I established Album Consulting in 2018 to provide client centric development, project and cost management advice, delivery and recovery services, both directly and in partnership. Album Consulting has since grown to provide services to Developers, Funders, Investors, Landlords and Tenants, from single project assessments, to full blown development delivery, Album Consulting provide bespoke services suited to Client specific requirements.My background is as a Chartered Surveyor with 25+ years construction experience, providing expert technical delivery and recovery advice on construction and property development, across a broad range of sectors, and on distressed and insolvent developments. Utilising a detailed knowledge of UK construction and development markets on developments from £400k-£800m across residential, commercial, mixed use, student, leisure, retirement, hotel and industrial sectors. Having started out as a Quantity Surveyor, I quickly broadened my work area to encompass broad ranging development and project, cost and procurement advice. Also specialising in technical due diligence; providing advice throughout the development cycle from pre-acquisition to post-completion, to Funders, Developers and Investors. Advising on risk mitigation in the delivery of practical aspects of the development, with particular focus on project implementation, pre-emptive risk identification and mitigation. From a management perspective I have extensive experience of instigating, growing and managing both internal and external teams.
