I oversaw a portfolio of 60 commercial properties across the US including Hawaii, with a combined 8,019,320 square feet. These included retail, office, and industrial spaces. I reviewed all aspects of the financials (general ledgers, AP, tenant AR, sales calculations, schedules, etc) for the properties and approve these for our clients, as well as schedule meetings and converse with various clients.
