I oversaw a portfolio of 60 commercial properties across the US including Hawaii, with a combined 8,019,320 square feet. These included retail, office, and industrial spaces. I reviewed all aspects of the financials (general ledgers, AP, tenant AR, sales calculations, schedules, etc) for the properties and approve these for our clients, as well as schedule.
