Six month secondment to Mintel's Shanghai office, leading the team responsible for producing Mintel's market research reports on the Chinese consumer market. Built a new team and overhauled our content strategy in order to make sure the product reflected client requirements, and worked with both international and local clients to help them better-understand our product offering and the commercial benefits of Mintel's data and insights.I am also Mintel's research into how broader economic trends affect consumer behaviour, and work to share that knowledge across our content and commercial teams. Regular speaker at industry events, as well as working with clients at all levels to help them understand the impact of the economy and consumer confidence on their businesses.
