I am a Registered Massage Therapist and I have acquired registration in Massage Therapy in both Ontario in 2000, where I grew up, and British Columbia in 2004. My specialties: I believe starting simple first and see what the human body will do to help and heal itself. Trigger point work and stress reduction are the 2 most important treatment applications I use. I also incorporate fascial work into treatment plans. And helping clients help themselves is key. By providing them with exercise and stretching routines as well as hydrotherapy applications ( ice, contrast baths, etc. ), this will ensure a preventative future.I had opened the doors to Sinclair Wellness Centre in Oct 2008. I had run SWC for almost 12 years. I have come to realize I love to create and build businesses but the day-to-day workings, are not for me. So I have decided to pass the clinic on to the capable hands of Dr. Shabita Teja as of the summer of 2020. I have no doubt she will continue to offer the high quality service SWC always has. She is an amazing women, an amazing ND and wouldn't hesitate to recommend her to anyone. All the practitioners who are still at SWC, much respect. SWC offer Naturopathy, Registered Massage Therapy, Traditional Chinese Medicine/Registered Acupuncture and Osteopathy. I am now working on my next steps in life. I have enrolled in an online Project Management Course to help me with a new possibility that is on the horizon.
