After 21 years in the US Army, several combat deployments, and an amputation, I founded Extreme Adventures (https://www.xtremeadventrues.org), providing outdoor experiences to veterans and their immediate family. Extreme Adventures is a 501(c)(19) Veteran’s not-for-profit organization founded to enhance the lives of America’s Veterans through recreational and social opportunities that reengage them with the activities they love and unite them with people who share similar backgrounds and experiences. Many of our nation’s Veterans who answered the call to fight came back hurt, sick, and injured. Now it’s our job to stand up for those who stood up for us. Since a lot of today's veterans grew up on American pastimes like hunting, fishing, and sport shooting, we reunite them with the activities they love and connect them with fellow Veterans. This shared camaraderie leads to unprecedented levels of healing and bonding. We depend on donors to help make our programs possible. Learn more at www.xtremeadventures.org.Military First BnB Solutions--As a West Point Graduate and veteran, I wanted to apply my knowledge, experience, and innovative mindset to modernize existing lodging options to benefit my current community, military service members, and their families. I remember PCSing with my family and pets and struggling to find adequate lodging and space for children and pets.We rent fully furnished homes for property owners through short-term rental platforms to travelers during a PCS, extended TDY, vacation, etc. Our homes provide travelers triple the VALUE and COMFORT at competitive rates, full kitchens, fenced yards, and multiple bedrooms. Homeowners increase earnings, and travelers reduce stress through improved comfort in larger spaces and reduced costs. Are you a property owner struggling to manage your property and pay your mortgage? Is your current property manager doing just enough? Your situation is very common, and I founded Military First BnB Solutions to help cost conscience travelers enjoy their lodging experience and property owners maximize their property investments. If you're a property owner looking to increase revenue, let’s connect via https://calendly.com/tobyprudhomme-militaryfirstbnbsolutions

Consultant And Real Estate InvestorKoios, Llc Jul 2017 - Jul 2019I had a great time learning a different industry and establishing new and different relationships. I also learned and had many lessons reinforced in my role Here are just a few I'd like to pass on:1. If you're presented with an opportunity, ask more questions than you need about the specifics2. Don't trust people on only their word, get everything in writing3. Don't delay walking away just because the role pays4. When your ideas starting getting disregarded, you've out grown the organization and should find an exit strategy quickly.5. Franchise and franchise like businesses maximize the franchiser's revenue and tend to frown on an entrepreneurial franchisee.
