• As a Senior Project Manager for a core banking conversion I was responsible for coordinating data conversion of approximately 35,000 clients from Infosys Finacle application to Fiserv Signature Core across Demand, CD and Loan accounts for both corporate and retail clients. • Managed IT and business resources within Capital-G, working with vendor (Fiserv) to coordinate joint activities and coordinating with Finance and business units for validation of GL, client and account data for acceptance. • Key PM for mock conversions and parallel including logistics, workshops, playbook development, defining gating and sign-off acceptance processes in preparation for Go-Live• Interfaces (22) & Modifications (13) PM for the design specifications, development and implementation and code for core and ancillary applications –Spectrum, Portia, Sendero ALM, Great Plains, Signature Core & Teller, Corillion e-Banking, FCRM (Compliance). • Managed extensive JAD sessions with vendor and business groups to develop specifications design documents and working extensively with vendor and business units through requirements & design, development, testing, acceptance and implementation. • As a Project Manager for Investment Finance Operations (IFO) - in a remediation capacity - I supported the Program Manager for the successful conversion of a $98 Billion pension plan book-of-record (~16,000 securities) conversion between FMC Pacer and SimCorp Dimension portfolio accounting systems – this included conversion validation, parallel, cutover, back-out, standing differences and non-financial data maintenance work packages• Working on behalf of operations as the point person with IT and the vendor I had the key responsibility to facilitate a viable and accurate process and tool for the Finance area to effectively migrate product data to the SimCorp application• Contributed to the development of processes, training workshops and requirements for the various tools used to enable an accurate and concise validation of the conversion and daily parallel and Month End processing• Point person with the IT Project Team for end-to-end migration process including a 2 week test parallel, a full-book test conversion and validation and the final conversion, validation, parallel, cutover and Month End• Managed the end-to-end migration process, including coordination of five hub leaders governing 6 product groups (Fixed Income, Derivatives, Private Equity, Public Equity, Futures and FX) and working with product directors to facilitate review and acceptance of migrated data• Worked with Program Manager, VP Operations and Project team to facilitate the external audit process of the conversion, validation and cutover and Go-Live
