CurrentFocus on building and maintaining strong stakeholder relationships across the enterprise to create and implement efficient risk management strategies. These strategies are designed to enhance customer experience and achieve business objectives.Collaborating with the Technology Leadership team to support their business objectives, empowering enterprise leaders to address security risks confidently, and co-creating and delivering the security budget.Ensure an efficient and effective security infrastructure across the enterprise.Oversee project management, team coordination, program delivery, and IT client endorsement. My role involves providing consulting analysis, maintaining excellent IT and OT client relationships, and supporting management with strategic or operational responsibilities.Mentor and train team members, manage complex projects, and provide regular updates to cross-functional leaders and the executive team.Co-develop key initiatives and strategic roadmaps for the security program, ensuring its maturity and capability enhancement across the organization. I provide visibility of cyber risks to management and functional leaders, empowering them to take action. Additionally, I implement sustainable and efficient tools and solutions, balancing IT user needs with standardization and maintainability.My duties include, for both IT and OT, monitoring for security weaknesses, responding to threats, managing system changes, and remediating vulnerabilities. I lead red team/blue team exercises, oversee third-party engagements, and participate in designing and implementing security systems. I also evaluate and test new security technologies.Gather feedback from IT clients to improve security mechanisms, create hardening guides, and ensure alignment with industry best practices.Implement IT General Controls (ITGCs) and OT General Controls and work with users to design solutions that mitigate risk while enhancing the user experience.
