Recently experiencing a career change by choice, and have taken on a new challenge and growing into the family business. Through my years working at Dutch Bros, I have acquired great people management skills. I have mastered the ability to maintain a healthy payroll percentage, a health cost of goods sold range, as well as complete basic HR tasks such as hiring, training, coaching and firing employees. I am confident in coaching conversations, no matter how tough or personal they may be. I am proud to say that I am a strong, consistent, organized, and motivated leader. I am quick to learn, and am extremely approachable to any employee or customer I come into contact with. These skills have set me up as I enter into the field of construction management and am working closely with consumers and creating custom bids and estimates for each person.
