Arpa Project Coordinator
• Manage the Salt Lake City Community Grant Program. The Community Grant Program has $2 million in funding through the American Rescue Plan Act (ARPA), and was created to provide limited, one-time financial assistance to eligible small businesses, artists, artisans, creative workers, and nonprofits in Salt Lake City that were negatively impacted by the COVID-19 pandemic or related shutdowns. • Represent the Community Grant Program through the City Council approval process, including writing Council transmittals and presenting to the City Council during open and public meetings.• Serve as the main point-of-contact for hundreds of grant program applicants. This included preparing and posting RDA meeting agendas and resolutions, staffing RDA meetings, completing the annual Salt Lake County RDA report, and other duties as needed.

I was responsible for helping each city department create, track, and record performance measures (PMs), as well as facilitating the formal PM data entry process biannually.
