Because of my past personal and professional history I believe I bring a unique perspective to mid level management, and I have the ability to communicate effectively with anyone on any level. I spent 11 years in the military. Once I got out in 1998 I started working in the engineering department at Treasure Island in Las Vegas. Most of my time was in the Kitchen shop repairing and maintain commercial kitchen equipment. Between 2007 and 2009 I worked for two different HVAC companies, and I obtained my Nevada State HVAC contractors license and opened my own business. My business was called Complete Commercial Kitchens & HVAC. I closed my business in 2013 because I was unable to properly maintain it and work for Ecolab. I started with Ecolab in 2011 as a service technician and was promoted to District Manager in 2014.
