I oversee kiosk and "store within a store" concepts over four states located exclusively in Bass Pro Shops, Outlet centers and Walmart locations; operated by the talented individuals of my Retail Marketing team. I am responsible for maximizing sales and lead production, ensuring presentation quality and integrity, and oversight of all recruiting and training efforts.Additionally, I am responsible for the development and growth of my managers and representatives within my district and ensuring all customers are provided with outstanding service through both sales and marketing efforts – such as generating leads, offering vacation getaways and selling vacation getaways to customers. All my responsibilities are accomplished while upholding and exhibiting my values of care, trust, passion and humility.
