Roles included Maintenance Generalist, Project Manager, Life Safety Inspector, and the Departmental Liaison for New Hires. ▪ Serviced the downtown Fort Worth facility, making several substantial contributions that supported the ongoing upkeep of the building. ▪ Primary responsibilities included,− Directing and organizing activities related to facility services including maintenance, construction, biomedical equipment installs, engineering, safety and security− Ensuring compliance with local and federal regulations such as Joint Commission, CMSTDH, OSHA, NFPA, and ANSI− Overseeing the budgets ($240k operating budget / +$1 million capital budgets), staff, contractors, and consultants− Recruiting, hiring, onboarding, and training new employees▪ Delivered end-to-end support for several key initiatives including a roof replacement project for all buildings onsite (9) and a $170k waterproofing job for the entrance to the main facility.▪ Instituted inspection protocols for various systems and equipment including underground/above ground storage tanks, air compressors, vacuum pumps, back-up generators, air handlers, water softeners, exhaust fans, and VAVs.▪ Operated the boilers, cooling towers, VFD’s, motors, pumps, and chillers, and monitored all equipment using remote feed and touring equipment pads.▪ Verified all required fire alarm tests were performed and documented in accordance with NFPA 101.▪ Assisted with implementing emergency health and safety protocols to ensure patient and staff safety and to offset potential operational headwinds during the COVID-19 pandemic.

▪ Started as the Grounds Supervisor and led a team that was responsible for manicuring the grounds at all athletic complexes. As the Warehouse Manager, led a team of six that removed and distributed furniture and delivered food to 35 schools. (CDL required for role)
