Programming FP&A- Manage the budget, quarterly forecast and 5-year long range planning for the Video Programming department, representing ~$12 billion in annual spend - Coordinate timelines, inputs and subsequent deliverables for business units across the organization including the Residential, SMB and Enterprise video groups - Aggregate results and variance analyses vs budget, forecast and prior year views for presentation to executive leadership - Conduct monthly forecast to actuals rate/volume/mix variance analysis, providing executive leadership with critical inputs into the rolling corporate forecast model - Ad-hoc analysis and modeling to support multiple strategic video initiatives, driving operational efficiency and customer satisfaction - Coordinate cross-functionally with Ops and Analytics teams during programmer negotiations to produce critical inputs for deal models that combine historical, budget and long range plan data for use in strategic contract proposalsProgramming Assurance - Provide the Programming department with critical risk-mitigation through business process control/documentation, contract implementation and compliance, as well as ongoing guidance during the development and execution of various ERP system initiatives - Establish, maintain and adhere to controls subject to quarterly SOX certification and annual internal/external audit review. - Conduct comprehensive reviews of new programming contractual agreements and provide ultimate DOA sign-off on system readiness and accuracy - Coordinate with accounting and BI to ensure data integrity and accuracy during each phase of the payment lifecycle, from source data to vendor remittances
