CurrentMost recently, I have been promoted to reduce costs in contact centers while advancing the digital strategy, which includes the modernization of transactional database architecture with a focus on simplification and retirement of legacy structures. I lead the rescue engineering group within Allstate Roadside division, directing and coaching 5 full stack software scrum teams comprising 34 employees across 6 locations in the US and India. ➢ Oversee all systems associated with the intake and dispatch of customer rescues for Allstate and its 65 white labelled partners, including the development of a core Omni platform, a home built (React/Java) suite of applications servicing 1,200 call center reps across 3 time zones and maintaining a 24/7 availability standard.➢ Solutioned and piloting Allstate’s first natural language interactive experience that inserts an automated intelligence into an analog voice stream.➢ Deployed a large-scale multi-channel conversational analytics program achieving 7-figure operational savings via reductions in average handle time and calls per rescue.➢ Implemented a SaaS cost-reduction strategy that’s on-pace to achieve a 22% decrease in contract spend over 24 months.
