Before founding tincansNstring, my experience included over 15 years working at mostly midsize advertising/creative companies. Prior to that, I had worked over a decade in IT support for a couple of universities.I have had various roles at the organization I have served, from being an IT department of 1 to the manager of a team of IT professionals. I am bi-lingual, I speak both Mac and PC. I am equally comfortable working with end users and desktops or with the servers and network infrastructure behind the scenes.My experience includes Mac OS X from Cheetah to Sierra (desktop and server), Windows XP through Windows 10, Windows Server 2000 through 2016), and Network equipment including Cisco, SonicWALL, Netgear, and HP to name a few. I have also worked with telecoms, wireless providers, ISPs, PBXs, HVAC, and security vendors.My biggest asset is that I am a jack-of-all-trades and a master of many. I am resourceful and flexible.
