Engaged at a manufacturing company as a project leader and lead technical resource. Responsible for managing the AS/400 side of a system conversion. This was a conversion to a UNIX based BaaN manufacturing package. Managed a team of 3 RPG programming resources, worked with several BaaN experts and 9 users dedicated to the conversion. Also managed a year.
