• Responsible for creating and building consultative, long-term relationships with customers in order to create tailored, cost effective technology solutions.

• Handle & resolves complex liability and coverage issues.
• Review & analyze information to determine the company’s legal liability under the policy contract.
• Investigates injuries and negotiates bodily injury settlements with plaintiff attorneys.
• Process liability claims by gathering information to determine liability exposure, assigns reserve values to claims, makes claims payments as necessary and settles claims up to designated authority level.
