I am passionate about food preparation in all its many facets. From recipe and menu development to sourcing and preparation. My experiences with food over the last 30+ years have taken me around the world and back. I am a tireless student of cuisine and the food and beverage industry, and am forever learning and honing my skills.Although I have spent the last 12 years doing recipe and menu development for chain restaurants, commodity boards and manufacturers, I have extensive experience in kitchen operations as an Executive Chef in fine dining restaurants and country clubs , with Corporate Chef experience for multi unit restaurants.I take great pride in my profession and enjoy teaching the craft to those just coming into the culinary arts as well as diners and guests that I may have the pleasure of serving. My achievements that I am most proud of include my winning a Gold Medal in the International Culinary Olympics, training in Paris, and working for Chef David Burke. I am known for my creative way with food and my ability to layer flavor. I strive to be the best in what I do every single day.
