 Managed construction administration on Sunrise Senior Living projects in Carmichael, CA, Simi Valley, CA, and Torrance, CA. Coordinated with the owner’s representatives, contractors, and engineers to review submittals, answer requests for information, and revise the construction drawings and specifications with architect’s supplemental instructions. Drew schematic design drawings in AutoCAD 2008 and Revit Architecture for Sunrise Senior Living projects in San Jose, CA, Mountain View, CA, and Fair Oaks, CA. Performed all duties required by the City of Torrance Department of Building and Safety to complete permits for the Sunrise Senior Living project in Torrance, CA.

 Completed the master plan schedule for all phases of the San Luis Obispo airport expansion. Performed a Needs Assessment for the Tulare County Health and Human Services Department using Microsoft Access. Developed a presentation layout, graphics, and wording for a wastewater treatment plant expansion using Adobe InDesign.

 Performed an on-site survey of the plumbing, mechanical, and fire sprinkler systems for Sierra Vista Hospital in San Luis Obispo, CA and Twin Cities Community Hospital in Templeton, CA. Facilitated and transferred the as-built hand sketches of the plumbing, mechanical, and fire sprinkler systems into AutoCAD drawings using Office of Statewide Health Planning and Development design regulations.

Completed the redesigning of a playing field at Bartlett Junior High School in Porterville, CA. Created plans that included reconfiguration and placement of irrigation, baseball diamonds, softball diamonds, football fields, basketball courts and running track.
