Lead forecasting and analytics efforts for PRALUENT® while also managing the end-to-end processing and distribution of National-level sales reports for all inline brands. Forecasts & sales reports sent to internal stakeholders including the Executive Team (CEO/CFO/CCO), members of the Commercial Leadership Team and key members of the brand teams. Forecasts are directly used for strategic decision making by senior leadership• Lead short & long-term forecasting for PRALUENT • Develop quarterly, yearly and multiyear demand models• Convert demand models into financial models for Gross & Net Sales• Work closely with Incentive Comp to develop sales targets for the field • Build and maintain proprietary forecasting models incorporating 867, ExFactory, and IQVIA TRx data• Support and train other members of the forecasting team• Enhance and refine national-level reporting capabilities for all commercialized brands. Developed an entire new set of daily national sales reports, flash reports and dashboards to deliver more impactful and useful analysis• Craft and deliver the weekly performance update for the commercial leadership team• Lead point of contact with data aggregators and 3PL vendors, working with Ex-Factory, 867, 852 and chargeback data • Cross-functional collaboration with internal business partners such as Marketing, Brand teams, Finance, Accounting, Trade, Operations and Manufacturing • Lead project implementation of dashboards in Tableau to support business performance initiatives.• Perform large-scale data analysis and modeling to identify opportunities for improvement.• Ensure that all deliverable's are subject to stringent QA/QC measures to minimize errors and to deliver high quality work.
