Responsible for proper disposal of recovered oil and contaminated recovery disposables. Involved with the clean up of a major oil spill in excess of 250,000 gallons.

Performed maintenance and repairs of USS Arizona tour boats and water taxi boats. Performed inspections and tune ups of Cummins, Detroit Diesel, and Caterpillar engines. Performed repairs and overhauls of boat transmissions. Drove USS Arizona tour boats for special functions during harbor lights tours, December 7th ceromonies and presidential visits.

Performed maintenance of 125-3000 psi air compressors, 250 ton centrifugal chillers, desalination evaporators, refrigeration systems, aircraft refueling equipment, hydraulic steering gear. Also maintained food service equipment including mixers, ovens, refrigerators, steam tables, soda machines, juice machines. Serviced and tested water system pumps, tanks, heaters and piping sytems. Tested and documented lube oil and fuel samples. Responsible for ordering and stock of repair parts for the Auxilliary division.
