As a customer service representative with Northern Brewer. I communicate with customers via phone, email and live chat on a daily basis. I am responsible for taking customers orders, helping them with order issues, as well as offering brewing support. The best part of the position is getting to share my homebrewing experience and knowledge with fellow homebrewers to help expand the homebrewing community.I've also recently been nominated as the "Customer Champion". With this new title I am responsible for identifying and issues that may prevent an order from shipping out on time as well as making necessary changes to ensure that the order ships out on time and notifying customers of potential issues.

I began working at Northern Brewer in June of 2011 on the fulfillment department. There I was responsible for picking customer orders as well as packing them for shipment.
