Ensure Global Service teams deliver services in accordance to the support model as defined per the customer’s contractual requirements. Primary point of contact for customer and vendor team communications, service support, and escalations. Worked with Sales and vendor for new customer onboarding into Cognizant Services. Participate in Service Operation’s Process Team and Operation’s Advisory Council. Chair team meetings to verify goals and timelines are being met.
