The project was designed and constructed with an aggressive 35 month schedule. The project is the fastest billion dollar-plus highway project ever completed in the U.S. The project opened to traffic two years ahead of the original schedule goal and was delivered $260 million under budget.

Project was constructed with an aggressive 22 month schedule. Project was completed nearly two months ahead of schedule.
