Axé Engineering, Inc. (Axé) is a Native-Owned firm specializing in civil/environmental engineering and construction management services in New Mexico and across the United States. Axé specializes in pipe and pavement design as well a project management; eliminating the need to hire multiple engineers on a project. As a former federal employee with eight years of experience with the Department of Defense(DoD) and the Department of Interior(DOI), owner, Todd Kirkpatrick, PE, is a subject matter expert on DoD procurement, design, cost estimating using RS Means and E4 Clicks, and project management. Todd is an expert in the DOI’s Bureau of Reclamation procurement, grants, and agreements policies and procedures. From inception to project close-out, Axé utilizes a proven system to address the needs of the smaller communities, both tribal and rural, by identifying the appropriate grant funding, preparing the grant application, project design, implementation and project management. Through strategic teaming, Axé can meet the requirements of large federal and tribal engineering and construction projects while remaining agile and responsive to client needs. We are building a team of multi disciplined players with the goal of performing large federal contracts. We are actively pursuing DoD design build contracts and Bureau of Indian Affairs, Indian Economic Enterprise Set-Asides.
