-Help clients to develop and oversee the digital strategy on owned media and earned media, including content/community/ KOL management on key social and web/ mobile channels, including website, marketing emails, Apps, Wechat, Weibo, Blogs/ Forums and etc.-Lead the team and be responsible for the team’s ability to create and execute social marketing strategies that meet business objective.-Work closely with cross functional teams including paid media, UX, development,clients and the other agencies, to define the long term and short term social/content marketing strategy and drive social campaign development to achieve the company overall marketing acquisition and revenue targets and continuously improve marketing efficiency.-Improve the visibility of the clients's brand social image through multiple social media platforms and owned digital channels, make sure the communications message aligns with the clients's brand objectives.-Keep abreast of the latest digital marketing technologies and trends, identify possible opportunities to implement new trends helping business growth and brand’s leading position.

- Execute and track digital media campaign, including BBS, blog, micro blog, eCRM, SEO, internet, mobile, video, SNS marketing.- Work closely with other marketing team members and other departments to support the internal and external communication projects.- Prepare the brand, competitor, industry media trends (traditional and digital media) report, media clipping and insight findings.
