-Supervise the daily operations of the unit permanent personnel.-Serve as the Commanding Officer's representative for all Basic Security Guard (BSG)student matters to include; physical training, accountability, and barracks quality oflife.-Enforce all command directives, policies, and standard operating procedures as required to ensure the health, welfare, morale and discipline of permanent personnel.-Supervise the billeting assignments for all permanent personnel within the BachelorEnlisted Quarters (BEQ) and ensure it is properly maintained.-Advise the Commanding Officer on all personnel issues

-Supervise the organization, administration, and execution of the Close Quarters Battle(CQB) Section, an critical skills producing school (8154); ensuring student graduation requirementsand Training and Education Command requirements with regard for Program of Instruction(POI) are met and maintained.-Advise the Commanding Officer on all matters pertaining to the morale, welfare,discipline and training of the Close Quarters Battle (CQB) Section.-Supervise the administrative and logistical requirements of the CQB Section to includethe conduct of courses as well as internal sustainment training.-Mentor and guide the CQB section in their day to day appearance, conduct and executionof their duties.-Serve as Advanced Range Safety Officer (ARSO) or Range Officer in Charge (OIC) asnecessary for live fire marksmanship training.-Serve as the Advanced RSO or Advanced OIC for indoor live fire exercises.-Plan and execute Advance Urban Combat and Close Quarter Battle school.-Train and develop 30 instructors to effectively teach advanced pistol and carbine marksmanship, reactive shooting, dynamic entry, breaching, and force protection. -Inspect key naval locations to determine the adequate level of physical security in defense of strategic assets.

- Assist the commander in conducting operational risk management.- Inspect the condition, care, and economical use of assigned weapons.- Proficient in the employment of the weapon systems organic to hisassigned platoon.- Assist the Platoon Commander with the integration of supporting fires inaccomplishment of an assigned mission.- Direct casualty collection and evacuation for his assigned platoon.- Manage 6 patrol bases in austere environment with integrated coalition forces from several nations. - Write and issue combat orders to a multi-national force in a high threat environment. Plan, develop, execute training and operations to hinder the enemy's ability to conduct hostile action against friendly forces and local populace.

-Provide the leadership to recruiters and execute the duties as the RecruitingSubstation commander.-Attain assigned monthly and annual recruiting mission of shipping and contracting.-Maintain the components of systematic recruiting.-Maximize prospecting and recruiter generated production activities.-Maximize program utilization and prepare applicants for shipping.-Improve sales skills by daily participation, training, and evaluations of recruiters.-Supervise the production chain of contact to contract of qualified applicants.-Responsible for screening applicants to determine if each applicant is mentally,physically, and morally qualified to enlist and ship to recruit training.-Maintain DOD quality standards and for potential applicants and prevent attrition.-Manage RS administrative and logistical functions.
