I love finding better and more efficient ways to help our customers manufacture their products! With over 40 years of experience in precision machining, I have developed an expertise in maximizing quality while minimizing production costs. My passion began in my grandfather's machine shop. After growing up in and launching my career in the family business, I continued to advance my skills in CNC programming and CAD programs at a variety of manufacturing businesses. Eventually, I held a management position at a large machining business where I added leadership and business management expertise to my skill set. In 2018, I came back to the family business to take over ownership, along with my brother. In the five years we have been at the helm, the business has experienced unprecedented growth. We continue to advance our capabilities with new technology and implement continuous improvement through lean manufacturing - all while adhering to the strong foundation of of honesty and integrity established by the previous generations.
