-Manage multiple technical builds, gathering requirements from both customers and product management-Lead team transition from waterfall methodology to Scrum, while maintaining project timelines and deliverables-Define, implement, and execute processes and best practices for a new professional services team

-Consult with litigation teams to build document repositories and review workflows to meet widely varying business requirements-Train attorneys and support staff in review software capabilities and workflows to guide appropriate tool selection and database specification-Set up and maintain document repository databases and manage ingestion of new data

-Consult with attorneys, support staff, and clients to provide guidance regarding electronic discovery best practices and most appropriate use of technology to support client matters, including data collection, data processing, document review, and document production-Monitor status of all projects, and provide regular project status reports to legal staff as needed-Manage installation, configuration, administration, security, and technical support of litigation support software, including LAW PreDiscovery, IPRO, and Concordance-Process and prepare electronic and paper document productions, including manipulation of data files for cross-platform compatibility-Assist legal teams in creating presentations for trial and provide on-site and “hot seat” trial support-Provide litigation and general technology training and documentation for all levels of staff, from large group settings to ad hoc individual training-Manage information technology, including network support, managing user accounts, installing and troubleshooting software and hardware, and building and maintaining intranet and internet sites

-Work with clients and technical staff to gather business requirements for the design, testing, production, and implementation of new processes and process improvements-Mentor testers through test planning and execution-Produce time estimates for projects -Manage multiple projects concurrently to deliver timely product enhancements for clients with diverse business needs
