Todd came to Hampson Mowrer Kreitz in 1999 to develop and grow the agency's personal lines department. After successfully becoming one of the largest personal lines agency in the Lehigh Valley, Todd headed up the Group Benefits department in 2005. In 2008, became a partner with the agency.
