• Detailed design requirements demanded large numbers of user web and database access processing capabilities, high volumes of data, extremely high processing capabilities and 7x24x365 availability to the end customer. • Data Warehouse systems were implemented on multiple enterprise class servers with EMC SCSI attached storage using Windows NT and Windows Cluster Server and SQL Server. • SAP R/3 systems were implemented on multiple enterprise class servers with LSI Logic fibre channel attached storage in a McData switched fabric environment using Windows Cluster Server, SQL Server and SAP R/3 mySAP.com software components. • Designed and implemented Windows NT clustered Siebel systems in parallel with SAP R/3 implementation. • Designed and implemented disaster recovery procedures for all Microsoft Windows systems in the Colorado Datacenter. • Other responsibilities included directing five Windows Systems Administrators in the on-going administration and maintenance of 220 enterprise class servers installed with Microsoft Windows server based operating systems supporting 6000 worldwide customers.

• Detailed designs required the solution to immediately resolve legacy systems Year 2000 problems.• The SAR R/3 systems were implemented in a standard SAP three-system landscape utilizing SAP’s “ASAP” methodology. • The production system landscape was implemented on multiple servers with fibre channel attached storage using Windows NT and Windows Cluster Server and SQL Server and SAP R/3 application components. • Basis R/3 Administration responsibilities included: transports, user and profile security administration, R/3 installation and upgrades, OSS corrections, performance monitoring and tuning, client maintenance, client copies, installation of kernel patches and legal change patches, installation of additional languages and R/3 table maintenance and continued documentation of R/3 system changes.

• Technical Project Lead and primary Amdahl systems engineer for Microsoft’s SAP R/3 Lab facilities.• Responsible for design and configuration, implementation, performance testing and support of MS Windows NT servers and Amdahl RAID storage arrays for SAP R/3 3.x installations. • System administration duties included MS Windows NT Enterprise Edition, MS SQL Server Enterprise Edition and SAP R/3 application software. • Deployed Windows NT Server 4.0 servers in support 15,000 users in the US West Mass Markets and BGS business units. Deployment sites included AZ, OR, CO, WA, NE, MN and other states within US West’s 14-state region. Deployment included upgrading all 15,000 customer’s UNIX workstations to Windows NT Workstation. • Designed network infrastructure for the Lucent - Professional Services Organization to support 300 users with 60% of users being virtual office consultants. Design allowed for 300% growth over the next 3 years and 70% – 100% growth thereafter. • Designed and implemented network infrastructure: 100 Local Users, 175 Remote Offices (1 to 30 users per office). Implementation included integration for various UNIX servers into the infrastructure. • Developed and Maintained BPCN (Beer Production Computer Network) FoxPro, DBASE, and ORACLE relational database applications.• BPCN provided the Brewing, Fermenting, Conditioning, Aging, Plant Services, Quality Control, and D.E. Filtration departments with the necessary resources for data analysis and design of the brewing process (i.e. statistical analysis, statistical quality control, and graphical information)
