In this position I helmed the Program Innovation Center in support of $1B+ Licensed Stores division to devise and implement new revenue generating store formats and champion continuous improvement through equipment and digital technology innovation. I consulted with internal and external stakeholders to develop, advocate, and implement programs nationwide. I establish project timelines with budgets including permit applications and operating expenses for new locations. I built prototype models and create first articles while seeking feedback to arrive at working versions. I formulated detailed written operational guidelines. Identify vendors and negotiate contact terms. I accelerated speed to market through development and testing innovations with established licensees prior to final rollout. I supervised one assistant, 10-12 cross-functional partners, and Innovation program budget of $10M. I am most proud of the following accomplishments:• I initiated and developed prototype nontraditional store formats such as Starbucks trucks, carts, kiosks and bikes with brewing equipment at locations nationwide.• I developed and spearheaded the Temporary Store Rental Program to retain customers, reduce staff turnover, maintain cash flow and minimize downtime due to store renovations and natural disasters. Project involved creation of a modular store design delivered in a custom trailer that required only single day installation. Program resulted in prevention of $24M in lost revenue and generation of $8M+ income during first year of operation.• I prepared a business plan and acquired $5M in capital funding for Temporary Store Rental Program to purchase a fleet of 50 temporary stores by 2022, with future expansion to 200 temporary stores within in the next 2 years.• I successfully managed 400+ project installations nationwide.

In this role, I developed and guided the Prefab Coffee Stand and Mini Kiosk store programs on efficient $1M budget. The Coffee Stand program consisted of using prefabricated components to create entire stores in factory while building site was being prepared. I created working drawings, project scope, and budgets with prefab manufacturers. I devised internal and external sales materials, ROI and market strategies to incorporate all Starbucks programs and product offerings. I organized and facilitated training programs for design, construction and real estate teams. The Mini Kiosk program involved serving growing need for smaller footprint locations offering a reduced menu to conserve space and equipment requirements. I designed Mini Kiosks in large modules that could be delivered, installed and turned over to operations in one week. Engineered mechanical utilities for equipment package. I partnered with design team to apply finishes and branding. Sourced manufacturers and negotiated contract terms. I directly supervised first few installations before seamlessly transitioning to the development team. I am most proud of accomplishing the following:• The Prefab Coffee Stand Program reduced traditional store development and construction time by 40%.• The Mini Kiosk Program reduced new store installation time from 6 weeks to 1 week.

In this position I managed kiosk and prefab building programs. I maintained standards and change management protocols for all updated equipment, technology and operations. I designed store layout, customer flow and prototypes. I also supported real estate and construction teams. I am most proud of the achieving the following:• Creation of training materials for designers and construction managers.

In this position I was the product owner on Partner Hub for retail technology project. I Identified key stakeholders and supervised 21 subject matter experts to manage migration of operations content from 10K files down to 1K current updated document files on new platform. Implemented process utilizing meta data to identify content owners and require them to audit information on a regular basis.

Following the company's acquisition of the Seattle's Best Coffee, I orchestrated a project integration plan for integrating Seattle's Best Coffee locations with Starbucks' technology and business operations systems. I significantly contributed to the largest single day market opening in Starbucks history with 10 new concept drive-thru only stores premiering in Dallas, TX. In this role I am most proud of accomplishing the following:• Using prefab construction methods, I reduced speed to market by over 50%, going from site selection to operating stores in less than 6 months.

Following the company's acquisition of the Seattle's Best Coffee, I Managed 35 locations in Michigan, Ohio and Indiana.

I managed store operations including guest service, beverage quality, inventory management, training and community relations. in a high volume 24 hour location. I developed multiple store mangers for Starbucks.
