In this position I helmed the Program Innovation Center in support of $1B+ Licensed Stores division to devise and implement new revenue generating store formats and champion continuous improvement through equipment and digital technology innovation. I consulted with internal and external stakeholders to develop, advocate, and implement programs nationwide. I supervised one assistant, 10-12 cross-functional partners, and Innovation program budget of $10M. I am most proud of the following accomplishments:• I initiated and developed prototype nontraditional store formats such as Starbucks trucks, carts, kiosks and bikes with brewing equipment at locations nationwide.• I developed and spearheaded the Temporary Store Rental Program to retain customers, reduce staff turnover, maintain cash flow and minimize downtime due to store renovations and natural disasters. Project involved creation of a modular store design delivered in a custom trailer that required only single day installation. Program resulted in prevention of $24M in lost revenue and generation of $8M+ income during first year of operation.• I prepared a business plan and acquired $5M in capital funding for Temporary Store Rental Program to purchase a fleet of 50 temporary stores by 2022, with future expansion to 200 temporary stores within in the next 2 years.• I successfully managed 400+ project installations nationwide.

The Mini Kiosk program involved serving growing need for smaller footprint locations offering a reduced menu to conserve space and equipment requirements. I designed Mini Kiosks in large modules that could be delivered, installed and turned over to operations in one week. Engineered mechanical utilities for equipment package. I partnered with design team to apply finishes and branding. Sourced manufacturers and negotiated contract terms. I directly supervised first few installations before seamlessly transitioning to the development team.
