I led the Project Management Office (PMO) for PHI's project that replaced two existing mainframe based billing systems with SAP's Customer Relationship Management & Billing System for 1.9 million customers on January 5, 2015. This project won three industry awards, the 2015 Best CIS Implementation award at the CS Week Conference in April 2015, the SAP North American Utilities Better Business Results award in September 2015 and the Southeastern Electric Exchange Chairman's/Customer Service Award in June 2016. I provided PMO leadership as the system stabilized, managed the transition from project mode to production mode and conducted planning for future releases of customer focused and operationally focused functionality.

I was the Program Manager for Pepco Holdings, Inc.’s (PHI) Advanced Metering Program. My responsibilities include procuring and deploying Silver Spring Networks' Advanced Metering Infrastructure (AMI) and Itron’s Enterprise Edition Meter Data Management System, redesigning the impacted business processes, managing the change to the new business processes, realizing the operational and customer benefits associated with AMI and supporting regulatory filings in the context of PHI’s overall “Blueprint for the Future” smart grid initiative. This program was the largest single program ever conducted on PHI's distribution system in terms of cost.
