This included review of maintenance documentation, repair items and installation inspection reports for all vessels over 2400uswg in the Alberta region.● Manage the day to day schedule of the Compliance Team. ● Responsible for Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for the Alberta region. Primary point of contact for all ABSA and large installation projects for the internal and external customer requests and expectations, promoting open communication on all projects.

• Tracked, reported and entered all overtime, vacation time / requests, sick days and pay for all of the Regional Operations Centre service Personnel.• Assisted in training of new employees – classroom & hands-on coaching during training period as well as supporting peers by performing a daily review of processing errors and outstanding customer issues worked with each peer as needed to correct/close issues. • Tracked and provided peer support for all major projects in the Alberta region. • Reported to the regional service manager regarding profit / loss reporting, while working with the service coordinators to ensure that we met or exceeded budgetary goals.

• Working directly with service technicians at the field level to insure that service was booked and completed in a timely manner.• Monitored and updated all incoming service requests via CSM, e-mail or phone to ensure that all customers internally and externally were taken care of. • Implemented and maintained a workbench in JD Edwards for more efficient and streamlined booking of technicians and customers.
