Reducing recidivism and implementing evidence-based programs is critical to effecting change, therefore we work closely with local mental health providers in an attempt to do so. We work diligently to control and decrease the county's overall costs and are proud to provide our partner-clients with true transparency and creative models to help provide them with the cost accountability they, and their taxpayers need and deserve. Southwest Correctional Medical Group (SWCMG) was a member of Correctional Medical Group Companies (CMGCos), a provider of comprehensive medical, mental and ancillary healthcare programs and services focused on the needs of county detention facilities within the Southwest territory. I was proud to be the founding member of SWCMG and was instrumental in organizing an incredible team of high-performing medical and mental healthcare professionals who worked closely together to introduce and grow a new brand earning 9 new accounts valued at approx. $14.2 Million annually over the 3+ years we were with SWCMG, while laying the groundwork for future growth.

While at Correctional Healthcare Management (CHM)/Correctional Healthcare Companies (CHC), I specialized in the relationship development, consulting, business development and specialty program management of (county) inmate focused comprehensive health, mental/behavioral health, pharmacy, community health programming and various ancillary medical services and programs specific to county corrections. I worked a large territory, 15 states at one point, but focused my efforts on a southwest regional state territory. I also assisted my Team nationwide where my industry experience and nationwide industry relationships were helpful to my Team in driving company and Team success. I utilized my strong industry relationships, which I've nurtured over the past 14+ years, to position myself and CHM/CHC as industry consultants and true leaders in our field. I, along with my Team, were extremely successful in substantially growing our company through my territory, highlighting our brand, growing my territory through the introduction of various professional program offerings to continue our track as a leader in the comprehensive inmate health and mental health care industry. I was CHM's (now CHC’s) first Director of Business Development & sales consultant brought onto the CHM/CHC Team. Since joining CHM in 2006, I/we focused on organic and strategic growth and achieved a substantial increase in our partner-client base year after year, with my business development activity leading this growth, while maintaining our current client base and implementing new products and services to successful contracts.

Evercom Systems merged with T-Netix to form SECURUS Technologies which is one of the industries largest inmate telecommunications and overall solutions and consulting providers in the industry. SECURUS serves correctional facilities in 50 states and over 3,100 facilities nationwide (of 5,200+/-). With SECURUS, I successfully managed a 12 state territory selling and consulting various systems, services and solutions where I achieved and maintained a top percentile/top AE record throughout my entire employment with Evercom/SECURUS.

JBI is a national Federal Reimbursement solutions firm who’s objective is to reimburse Government entities through various Federal reimbursement programs such as State Criminal Illegal Alien Assistance Program (SCAAP), Social Security (SSI) and Juvenile Reimbursement (IV-E)programs. With JBI, I sold and promoted various Federal Reimbursement/Entitlement programs to various Government entities throughout a 10 state territory (Central Region) closing 65% of each state, I am proud to have managed, presented and closed over 120 contracts and initiatives within first year of my employment, breaking the previous sales record of 54 contracts in a one term. I maintained top 1% in sales during the entire length of employment, averaging 10 new business contracts per month. i am proud to have surpassed all previous JBI sales records in the 8 year history of the company, I exceeded my sales quota by at least 400% each month of my employment. Through my various relationships, I was able to establish, manage and maintain various exclusive Association agreements/relationships which were vital to our partnerships and successes.
