Schedule staffing of the Visitor Center and Welcome Center to best serve the customer while staying within assigned budget.Supervise Visitor Information Specialists. Monitor and evaluate performance, and provide ongoing training as needed.Maintain inventory of all printed materials for display in the Visitor Center and Welcome Center by contracting industry partners to acquire their brochures and by reporting internal publication inventory monthly to Communications Director.Maintain inventory of gift shop items and schedule purchases as needed.Maintain gift shop sales records and organize records and money for deposits as required.
