Order Supplies for; OR, ICU, Cancer Center, an d a number of clinics.

Restocking supplies and assets. Shipping/Receiving. Ordering supplies for various hospital units. Providing customers service as required. Trained to fill in for 11 different jobs at KW and Freeport hospitals. Responsible for training new employees occasionally.

Stocking HABA/GM

Activities included learning to work with SAP for warehousing purposes including closing orders that have been picked, ordering stock for Distribution Center, relocating and adjusting stock levels. I Learned about Acklands Grainger’s products, while order picking, receiving and shipping. Creation of documents to assist in the training of new employees. Use UPS Worldship Application to create shipping labels for packages being shipped by UPS. Learning use of simple order entry software to make price quotations to customers with existing accounts and give discounted prices for bulk purchases.

• Responsible for order picking furniture and managing the inventory• Operated fork lifts• Provided daily inspections of all trailers in the yard for safety and damage issues• Maintained safe and clean work environments.• Completely redesigned inventory control and loading procedures which was then implemented, resulting in cutting average load times from 3.5 hrs. To 0.5 hrs.
