I am a registered Patent Attorney with the United States Patent and Trademark Office. I specialize in obtaining patent protection, managing patent portfolios, navigating the patent landscape, drafting and negotiating patent licensing agreements, and handling patent related issues stemming from mergers and acquisitions.I have counseled, assisted, and collaborated with clients having various levels of patent experience; spanning between first-time inventors and companies with robust in-house IP teams. Additionally, I have experience with less traditional, hands-on projects, working directly with R&D teams during product development to navigate the current patent landscape established by competitors.Like any business venture, applying for patent protection is a risk.
