My Activities for Advance Partners lie in the Business Analysis space working with the Small agile team of 10 developers and a single Product Owner.I work in partnership with the Product Owner to address the needs of the Business Units and flush out their specific needs and convert those to Requirements for the Development efforts.Another key task I see in my role is providing traceability from the Jira story card through links to an organized repository of requirements housed in Confluence.

My role is as a Business Analyst on the Digital team focused on Small Business applications. Vision and scope sessions, requirements creation, root cause analysis, Deep dive research are all pieces of the puzzle and offer what I crave in a work environment with the constant variety and challenges that keep me thinking and working on different puzzles. In the last 2 years I have been part of the digital team that Revamped the Corporate website with a new SaaS system using a content management system and created the first ever customer portal and its companion supporting application for Westfield clients. We also delivered an application for agents that provides an on demand look into the Appetite of commercial business Westfield is looking to write.
