Hawaiki Cable will add diversity and competition to one of the fastest growing capacity markets in the world. As this region rolls fibre to most of its businesses and homes, Hawaiki Cable will help satisfy the growing demand for affordable international capacity. My role is to marry the needs of the users in the region with the technology that can be delivered via the cable.

I was designing and project managing the United States, Australian and New Zealand terrestrial sections of the build, managing the pre-RFS sales solutions and developing the future Pacific Fibre product sets. Unfortunately in August 2012 the directors decided not to carry on the project. This was because they failed to secure financing for the project on terms that were aceptable to the initial shareholders.

Vector Communications is a high end network infrastructure company which is a wholly owned subsidary of Vector. Providing services like, Dark fibre, SDH, Large Ethernet Solutions and coupling 3rd party network for reach and diversity. As a solution manager I design and add sales support for a large variety of customer solutions.

Solution Design and Sales for Compass Complex newtork and ICT solutions. Managing complex soutions through provisioning and project management. Consistantly exceeding sales targets.Design and Sales of new VoIP solutions that interact with the Compas SIP Core.

Compass Managed Services provide, desktop, hosted server, VOIP, Citrix and Complex Network and all other various ICT services around a tier two Telecommunications Company. Created initially from an aquistion I manage a team of 20 staff that creates end to end ICT solutions from a large HP ASP platform. Our team have taken a declining business and turned it around technically, financially and created outstanding customer satisfaction. All at risk business is resigned into term contract and new revenues (Where I have been the sales person) have brought the business back to a solid growth. (Approx 37% increase in turnover)

Upon Aquisition from Telstraclear continuing TelstraClear Sales Speicialist role with Sytec offerings.

Working with the Key and Corporate Customers of TelstraClear to create hosted ICT solutions from the tier one data centres. Solution design and sales for Data networks to Firewalling, Hosted Servers and Databases.
